SiO2>99.95% it has the characteristic of excellent visual and chemical performance, high heat-stability and anticorrosive. Transmission of visible light>90%, OH content 1-20ppm is available after air or vacuum baking. It is widely used in semiconductor, lighting and electric heating industries. |
